1. Introduction and scope
Scope and application
This Privacy Policy explains how CLINIFLO LTD ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and otherwise processes personal data when you visit https://cliniflo.technology, communicate with us, request information about our services, or engage us to provide custom software engineering, IT systems design, and application development services. We are established in the United Kingdom and design our privacy practices to meet the United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, together with applicable guidance issued by the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Our website and commercial services are directed primarily at businesses, professional buyers, and other organisations. Where an individual contacts us in a personal capacity, this Policy still applies to that individual's personal data. By using our website or providing personal data to us, you acknowledge that you have read this Policy. Where consent is required under UK law, we will obtain it separately and in a manner that is specific, informed, and freely given.
This Policy applies to personal data processed in connection with cliniflo.technology and related offline interactions arising from enquiries, proposals, contracts, support, and project delivery. It does not apply to third-party websites that may be linked from our materials. We encourage you to review the privacy notices of any third-party services you choose to use.
CLINIFLO LTD is committed to transparency. We aim to explain our processing in clear language while remaining precise about legal bases, retention, and your rights. If any part of this Policy is unclear, please contact us using the details in the Contact section. We will respond in accordance with our statutory obligations and our internal continuity procedures for data governance.
References in this Policy to "personal data" mean any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that person.
This Policy is intended to satisfy the transparency requirements in Articles 13 and 14 of the UK GDPR. It is not a contract. Commercial processing instructions for client-controlled data are set out in statements of work, data processing schedules, and our Terms and Conditions where we act as a processor.
2. Identity of the data controller
Controller responsibilities
For the purposes of UK data protection law, the data controller is CLINIFLO LTD, a company operating from 37 Barrow Road, Loughborough, LE12 8DH United Kingdom. Our principal contact channel for privacy matters is help@cliniflo.technology. Our telephone number is +44 7418 567890. Our public website is https://cliniflo.technology.
As controller, we determine the purposes and means of processing personal data relating to website visitors, prospective clients, client contacts, suppliers, and other individuals whose data we process in the ordinary course of providing software engineering and IT systems services. Where we act as a processor on behalf of a client under a separate written agreement, that agreement and the client's instructions govern processing of client-controlled personal data, and this Policy describes our controller activities in relation to our own business operations.
We may appoint processors to assist us, including hosting providers, analytics providers where configured, email and productivity platforms, and professional advisers. We remain responsible for ensuring that processors process personal data only on documented instructions and with appropriate security measures, except where UK law requires otherwise.
If our corporate identity, registered office, or primary contact channels change, we will update this Policy and, where required, notify affected individuals through reasonable means, which may include a notice on cliniflo.technology or direct communication to known contacts.
We have not appointed a statutory data protection officer under Article 37 UK GDPR because our core activities do not consist of processing operations which, by virtue of their nature, scope, or purposes, require regular and systematic monitoring of data subjects on a large scale, nor of large-scale processing of special category data. Privacy accountability sits with operational leadership in Loughborough, who may be contacted through the channels above.
We do not operate as a joint controller with third parties in respect of the website. If a joint-controller arrangement arises in a particular project, we will describe the essence of the arrangement to affected individuals as required by Article 26 UK GDPR.
3. Categories of personal data we process
We process personal data only to the extent reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. The categories of personal data we may process include identity and contact data such as full name, job title, employer or organisation name, business address, telephone number, and email address. We may also process correspondence content, enquiry details, meeting notes, and records of calls or video conferences where those records contain personal data.
Technical and usage data may include Internet Protocol address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, time and date of visits, approximate location derived from IP address at a coarse level, and similar diagnostic information generated when you interact with cliniflo.technology. Cookie and similar technology data are described further in this Policy and in our Cookie Policy.
Contract and commercial data may include billing contacts, purchase order references, signatures or signatory details, payment-related metadata excluding full payment card numbers which we do not store on our website, project roles, acceptance records, and communications about deliverables. Where you provide credentials for staging or collaboration environments, we process account identifiers necessary to administer access.
We may process publicly available professional information that you have made available, for example professional networking profile information or company website contact details, where we have a legitimate interest in identifying relevant business contacts for our services, subject always to your rights and applicable marketing rules.
Recruitment data, if you apply for a role or send a speculative curriculum vitae, may include employment history, qualifications, right-to-work information, and interview notes. We process such data to assess suitability and to comply with employment law. Unsolicited applications are retained only for a limited period unless you agree to a longer talent-pool retention.
Supplier due-diligence data may include names of directors or beneficial owners where required for anti-fraud, anti-bribery, or know-your-supplier checks proportionate to the engagement. We collect only what is necessary for those checks.
Audio, video, or chat recordings of meetings occur only where participants are informed and a lawful basis applies. Default practice is not to record unless a participant requests a record for accuracy of technical decisions, in which case access is limited to the project team.
4. Sources of personal data
We obtain personal data directly from you when you submit forms, send emails to help@cliniflo.technology, call +44 7418 567890, meet with us, contract with us, or otherwise communicate. We also obtain data automatically through cookies, server logs, and similar technologies when you visit cliniflo.technology.
We may receive personal data from your colleagues or organisation when they nominate you as a project contact, billing contact, or technical stakeholder. In such cases, we rely on the disclosing party to ensure that sharing is lawful and that you have been appropriately informed where required.
We may receive limited personal data from service providers that support our operations, such as hosting or email delivery platforms, in the form of logs, bounce notices, or security alerts. We may also receive information from professional advisers, insurers, or regulators where necessary for compliance or dispute handling.
If we obtain personal data from a third-party source, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that individuals are informed of the processing within a reasonable period, and in any event within the timeframes required by UK GDPR Articles 13 and 14, unless an exemption applies.
Introductions from existing clients, partners, or professional networks may include a name and business email address. We treat such introductions as business contact data and will identify ourselves clearly in any outreach, offering an immediate opportunity to object.
Public registers and corporate websites may be consulted to confirm organisation details, registered office information, or published contact roles. We do not purchase bulk consumer lists for marketing.
5. Purposes of processing
We process personal data to operate, secure, and improve cliniflo.technology; to respond to enquiries about custom software engineering, IT systems design, and application development; to prepare proposals, statements of work, and commercial terms; to enter into and perform contracts; to deliver, test, and support software and IT systems; to manage relationships with clients and suppliers; to issue invoices and process payments; to keep accounting and tax records; to detect, prevent, and investigate security incidents, fraud, or misuse; to comply with legal obligations; and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We may use contact details to send service-related messages that are necessary for project continuity, including scheduling, acceptance testing, change control, and incident response. Where we send electronic marketing communications to individuals, we will do so in accordance with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations and UK GDPR, including obtaining consent where required or relying on soft opt-in rules for existing customers where those rules apply, and always providing an easy way to opt out.
We analyse aggregated or pseudonymised usage patterns to understand how visitors navigate our website so that we can improve clarity, accessibility, and performance. Where analytics tools require consent under PECR, we will not activate non-essential cookies until consent is obtained.
We may process personal data for internal training, quality assurance, and continuity improvement of our delivery methods, provided that such processing is proportionate and respects confidentiality obligations owed to clients. Client confidential information remains subject to contractual confidentiality terms and is not used for unrelated marketing.
We process personal data to administer insurance, professional indemnity notifications, and claims handling where an incident or allegation arises. Such processing is limited to what is necessary to notify insurers, cooperate with advisers, and protect legal rights.
We process personal data to maintain suppression and objection lists so that we honour opt-outs. Limited identifiers are retained for that purpose even after other marketing data is deleted.
We may process personal data to plan resource allocation, skills matching, and scheduling for engineering work. This typically involves professional role information rather than intimate personal details.
6. Lawful bases under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018
We rely on one or more of the following lawful bases under Article 6 UK GDPR, as applicable to each processing activity. Contract: processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you or to take steps at your request before entering a contract, for example preparing a proposal after an enquiry or delivering contracted software services.
Legitimate interests: processing is necessary for our legitimate interests or those of a third party, except where those interests are overridden by your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms. Our legitimate interests include operating a secure website, responding to business enquiries, maintaining commercial relationships, improving our services, ensuring network security, and pursuing or defending claims. We balance these interests against your expectations and rights and apply safeguards such as minimisation, access controls, and retention limits.
Legal obligation: processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which we are subject, including tax, accounting, regulatory, and law enforcement requirements applicable in the United Kingdom.
Consent: where required, for example for certain cookies or optional marketing emails, we rely on consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Withdrawal may mean that certain optional features or communications will stop.
The Data Protection Act 2018 provides additional rules and exemptions, including in relation to crime, taxation, legal professional privilege, and management forecasts. Where an exemption applies, we will rely on it only to the extent necessary and will still meet remaining UK GDPR duties that are not disapplied.
For processor activities performed under a client contract, the client's lawful basis as controller is a matter for the client. Our processing is then justified by the contract with the client and Article 28 UK GDPR processor duties, not by an independent controller purpose of our own, except to the extent we process incidental controller data such as our own access logs.
We document our lawful-basis assessments in internal records of processing. If you request an explanation of the lawful basis for a specific activity, we will provide it in plain language insofar as transparency allows without undermining security.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
cliniflo.technology may use cookies and similar technologies to enable core site functions, remember preferences, measure performance, and, where consented, understand usage. Essential cookies are used where strictly necessary to provide a service requested by you. Non-essential cookies are used only in accordance with PECR and our Cookie Policy.
For detailed information about cookie types, purposes, durations, third parties, and how to manage consent, please read our Cookie Policy available at cookie-policy.html. That document forms part of our transparency framework alongside this Privacy Policy.
Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies may affect site functionality. Where we deploy a consent mechanism, your choices will be recorded and respected until you change them or until the consent record expires according to our configured retention for consent logs.
Cookie identifiers may constitute personal data when they can be linked to an individual. Processing of such identifiers is covered by this Policy. Setting or reading cookies on a device is additionally regulated by PECR independently of UK GDPR lawful bases.
8. Retention of personal data
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including satisfying legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, and resolving disputes. Retention periods vary by category and context.
Enquiry and marketing-related contact data are typically retained for up to twenty-four months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is justified by an ongoing relationship, a legal hold, or a clear prospect of engagement. Contractual and project records are typically retained for the life of the contract and for six years thereafter to reflect UK limitation periods for contractual claims, unless a longer retention is required by law or agreed with the client.
Financial records are retained in line with UK tax and accounting requirements, commonly for six years from the end of the relevant accounting period. Security logs are retained for a period proportionate to threat detection and investigation needs, often between thirty and three hundred sixty-five days depending on system configuration, unless an incident requires longer retention.
Website analytics data, where collected, is retained according to the tooling configuration and our internal schedule, typically in aggregated form after a defined period. Cookie consent records may be retained for evidence of compliance for up to twenty-four months or such longer period as is reasonably necessary.
When retention periods expire, we securely delete or irreversibly anonymise personal data, unless continued storage is required by law. Backup media may retain residual copies for a limited additional period until overwritten in the ordinary backup cycle, subject to appropriate access controls.
Recruitment records for unsuccessful candidates are typically retained for six to twelve months after the process concludes, unless a longer period is agreed or required for equalities monitoring in anonymised form. Employee and contractor records follow employment and tax retention rules.
Legal hold: if litigation, a regulatory enquiry, or a security investigation is reasonably contemplated, we may suspend deletion of relevant records until the matter is closed. Access during a legal hold is restricted to those who need it.
Where a client instructs deletion of processor-held personal data at the end of a project, we will delete or return that data in accordance with the contract, except for copies we must keep under UK law or that remain in encrypted backups until rotation.
9. Sharing of personal data
We do not sell personal data. We share personal data only where necessary for the purposes described in this Policy and where a lawful basis applies. Recipients may include hosting, cloud infrastructure, and content delivery providers that store or transmit website and operational data; email, collaboration, and customer relationship tools used to manage communications; professional advisers such as accountants, auditors, insurers, and solicitors bound by professional confidentiality; and payment or invoicing platforms used to process commercial transactions.
We may share personal data with subcontractors or specialist engineers engaged to assist delivery of a project, under written confidentiality and data protection terms appropriate to the engagement. Where a client instructs us to integrate with third-party systems, personal data may flow to those systems under the client's control and according to the client's instructions.
We may disclose personal data if required by law, court order, or regulatory request, or if disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our clients or others. Where legally permitted, we will seek to limit disclosure to what is necessary and to notify affected parties.
In the event of a corporate reorganisation, merger, acquisition, or asset sale involving CLINIFLO LTD, personal data may be transferred to successor entities as part of the transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and continued protection consistent with this Policy and applicable law.
Banks and payment processors receive the minimum information required to execute transfers. We do not receive or store complete payment card primary account numbers through the website.
Regulators including the ICO, HM Revenue and Customs, and courts may receive personal data where we are legally obliged or entitled to disclose it. We scrutinise requests and, where permitted, challenge those that appear excessive.
Group sharing does not currently arise because we describe ourselves as a single trading company. If affiliates are formed, intra-group sharing will be documented and this Policy updated.
10. International transfers
We primarily process and store personal data in the United Kingdom. However, some service providers may process data in other countries, including the European Economic Area or other jurisdictions. Where personal data is transferred outside the United Kingdom, we ensure that an appropriate transfer mechanism under UK GDPR Chapter V is in place.
Transfer mechanisms may include adequacy regulations adopted by the UK government, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or other lawful mechanisms recognised under UK law. We assess transfer risks and implement supplementary measures where appropriate following relevant UK guidance.
If you require further information about specific transfer mechanisms applicable to a particular processing activity, you may contact us at help@cliniflo.technology. We will provide additional detail insofar as it does not compromise security or confidential commercial arrangements beyond what transparency requires.
Remote access by a person located outside the United Kingdom to personal data stored in the United Kingdom may constitute a transfer. We control such access through authentication, logging, and contractual terms.
We do not transfer special category data internationally as a matter of ordinary practice because we do not collect it. If a client instructs a transfer of client-controlled data, the client remains responsible for the lawfulness of that instruction and we will implement agreed safeguards.
Where a provider offers a UK or EEA region, we prefer that region for operational systems under our control, subject to resilience and performance needs.
11. Security measures
CLINIFLO LTD implements technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, or damage. Measures are selected with regard to the state of the art, implementation costs, and the nature, scope, context, and purposes of processing, as well as the risks to individuals.
Depending on the system and context, measures may include access control based on least privilege; authentication controls; encryption in transit using modern transport layer security for website connections; encrypted storage where appropriate; network segmentation and firewalling for operational environments; secure software development practices for client systems we build; vulnerability management; logging and monitoring of security-relevant events; staff awareness of confidentiality; and contractual security obligations for processors.
No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect personal data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping any credentials issued to you confidential and for using secure channels when transmitting sensitive information to us.
In the event of a personal data breach likely to result in a risk to individuals' rights and freedoms, we will assess the incident without undue delay and notify the ICO and affected individuals where required by UK GDPR Articles 33 and 34.
Physical security of premises in Loughborough includes ordinary commercial controls such as restricted access to working areas and secure storage of paper records. Paper containing personal data is kept to a minimum and destroyed by secure means when no longer required.
Engineering environments used for client delivery are separated according to project need. Production credentials are not stored in source repositories. Secrets management practices are applied in line with the relevant statement of work.
We review security measures periodically and after material incidents or architectural change. Findings may result in updated configurations, additional training, or processor replacements.
If you communicate with us using unencrypted email, you accept residual interception risk on the public internet. We can agree a more secure channel for particularly sensitive exchanges.
12. Your rights under UK data protection law
Subject to exemptions and limitations under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to be informed about our processing; to access your personal data; to rectification of inaccurate data; to erasure in certain circumstances; to restriction of processing in certain circumstances; to data portability where processing is based on consent or contract and carried out by automated means; to object to processing based on legitimate interests, including profiling related to such processing; and to object to processing for direct marketing at any time.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal or similarly significant effects, subject to the exceptions in Article 22.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK supervisory authority for data protection. Details are available on the ICO website. We would appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns before you contact the ICO, but this does not affect your right to complain.
Access requests should describe the data sought with reasonable specificity. Manifestly unfounded or excessive requests may be refused or charged a reasonable fee as permitted by UK GDPR. We will explain any refusal and your options to complain.
Erasure is not absolute. We may retain data where processing remains necessary for compliance with a legal obligation, for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims, or where another UK GDPR exception applies. We will explain residual retention if we refuse full erasure.
Portability applies only to personal data you have provided, processed by automated means, on the basis of consent or contract. We will provide it in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format where technically feasible.
Objections to legitimate-interest processing require us to stop unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or the processing is for legal claims. Direct marketing objections are honoured without that balancing test.
13. Children
Our website and services are intended for business and professional use and are not directed at children under sixteen years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children in connection with cliniflo.technology. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, please contact help@cliniflo.technology and we will take appropriate steps to delete such data where required.
We do not offer information society services directly to children. Age-gating is not implemented as a consumer feature because the Site addresses organisational buyers of software engineering services.
If a client system we build is intended for use by children, the client's role as controller includes designing appropriate notices, lawful bases, and safeguards. We will follow documented instructions and agreed security standards for that system.
14. Third-party links and services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or resources. Those third parties operate independently and have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites. You should review their notices before providing personal data to them.
Where we embed or integrate third-party components on cliniflo.technology, those components may process technical data according to their own policies and, where applicable, only after you have consented to non-essential cookies or similar technologies.
Social media pages, if maintained by us on third-party platforms, are subject to those platforms' terms and privacy notices. Content you post there is governed by the platform. We process messages you send to us via those channels as correspondence.
Payment links or invoice portals operated by third parties process payment data under their notices. We receive confirmation of payment status rather than full card details.
15. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, guidance, technology, or our processing activities. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when changes are published. Material changes will be highlighted on cliniflo.technology or communicated to known contacts where appropriate.
We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Continued use of our website after an update constitutes acknowledgment of the revised Policy, without prejudice to rights that require fresh consent under UK law.
Historic versions may be requested for a reasonable period where needed to understand how data was processed at an earlier date, subject to our ability to retrieve them.
16. Contact for privacy enquiries
For questions about this Privacy Policy or our processing of personal data, contact CLINIFLO LTD by email at help@cliniflo.technology, by telephone at +44 7418 567890, or by post at 37 Barrow Road, Loughborough, LE12 8DH United Kingdom. Please mark correspondence Privacy to help us route it promptly within our continuity and compliance workflow.
We aim to acknowledge privacy enquiries promptly and to provide substantive responses within the timelines required by UK GDPR. If your request concerns a client system where we act as processor, we may need to redirect you to the relevant client controller or coordinate a joint response under contractual instructions.
Do not send passwords, complete payment card numbers, or unnecessary special category data in ordinary email. If a secure transfer is required, we will propose a suitable method.
17. Detailed processing activities for website visitors
When you visit cliniflo.technology, our servers and any configured content delivery network may record technical logs that include your IP address, user agent string, requested URL, HTTP status code, and timestamp. This processing supports security monitoring, abuse prevention, capacity planning, and troubleshooting. The lawful basis is typically legitimate interests in securing and operating our online presence, or legal obligation where logs are retained for investigatory duties.
If you complete a contact or enquiry form, we process the fields you submit, which may include name, organisation, email address, telephone number, and message content. We use this information to respond to your request and to maintain a record of the enquiry. The lawful basis is typically steps prior to a contract or legitimate interests in developing business relationships. If you subscribe to optional updates where offered, consent may apply.
We may store form submissions in encrypted email systems or customer relationship tools accessible only to authorised personnel. We do not publish enquiry content. If your message includes personal data about other individuals, you confirm that you have authority to share that information and that the individuals have been informed where required.
Session continuity features may store a short-lived identifier to maintain state across pages, for example remembering that a consent banner choice has been made. Such storage is limited to what is necessary for the feature and is described in our Cookie Policy.
Failed login attempts, unusual traffic spikes, or automated probing may generate additional security telemetry. We use that telemetry to block abusive sources and to harden configuration. We do not use website telemetry to make automated decisions about individuals' legal rights.
Accessibility and performance diagnostics, such as error traces in the browser, are collected only if we enable such tooling and, where PECR requires, after consent. Traces are reviewed to fix defects, not to profile individuals for marketing.
18. Detailed processing activities for clients and suppliers
During commercial engagement, we process personal data of client and supplier personnel to manage the relationship, schedule work, exchange credentials for development environments, document decisions, and administer invoicing. Categories include names, roles, business contact details, and records of instructions.
Project collaboration tools may contain personal data within tickets, commit metadata, chat messages, and design annotations. We configure access on a need-to-know basis and require personnel and subcontractors to observe confidentiality. Upon project closure, we follow retention schedules agreed in the contract or, absent specific agreement, our standard retention practice described above.
Where a statement of work requires processing of end-user personal data within a client system, we typically act as processor. In that capacity we process only on documented instructions, assist with data subject requests as contractually agreed, implement appropriate security, and delete or return personal data at the end of the engagement subject to legal retention duties.
Supplier onboarding may involve collecting contact and banking details for payment. Banking details are handled with heightened confidentiality and stored only as needed for payment and accounting.
Change-control records and acceptance certificates may include names and dates of authorised signatories. Those records are retained with the contractual file because they evidence performance and acceptance.
Support communications after go-live are treated as part of the service relationship. Personal data in support tickets is used to diagnose and resolve issues and is not reused for unrelated profiling.
19. Marketing preferences and PECR
Electronic marketing to individual subscribers is regulated by PECR in addition to UK GDPR. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails to individuals without a lawful PECR basis. Where soft opt-in applies to existing customers in relation to similar products or services, we will have obtained contact details in the course of a sale or negotiation and will provide a simple opt-out at the time of collection and in each communication.
Business-to-business marketing communications may be sent where permitted by PECR and where our legitimate interests assessment supports the activity. Recipients can object at any time by contacting us at help@cliniflo.technology with the subject line Marketing opt-out. We will honour opt-out requests promptly.
Telephone marketing, if conducted, will respect the Telephone Preference Service and any individual objections notified to us. We keep suppression lists as necessary to honour opt-outs, which involves limited retention of contact identifiers for that purpose.
We do not sell or rent marketing lists. We do not use purchased consumer email lists. Any event follow-up is limited to contacts who provided details with an expectation of follow-up or who are corporate subscribers where PECR permits.
20. Data minimisation, accuracy, accountability, and complaints
We apply data minimisation by collecting only what is relevant and necessary. We take reasonable steps to keep contact and billing data accurate. Accountability measures include proportionate records of processing, processor contract reviews, and internal privacy responsibility within operational leadership. Clients seeking Article 28 processor terms may request a data processing schedule during commercial negotiation.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled personal data, please contact help@cliniflo.technology in the first instance. You may also contact the Information Commissioner's Office. Postal enquiries may be sent to CLINIFLO LTD, 37 Barrow Road, Loughborough, LE12 8DH United Kingdom. Telephone: +44 7418 567890.
